Lucy & Guy in Chelsea, London
“Thank you for capturing our special day. The photos are amazing, and more than we could ever have wished for! You made us feel so at ease on the and have captured memories that we will have forever”
A micro wedding in Chelsea.
Wow. Guy and Lucy’s day brought all of the heat in the Chelsea! There was not a cloud in the sky and the sun had most definitely got his hat on! I arrived at The Chelsea Old Town Hall with plenty of time and shortly after I got there, the gorgeous bride herself arrived. One of the things I have absolutely loved about this year’s weddings is that for some, the traditional white dress has gone out of the window. Lucy looked absolutely flawless in her Galvin jumpsuit and brough some old school glamour to the occasion.
An intimate ceremony with family and friends.
Once again, the staff at The Chelsea Old Town Hall were absolutely brilliant and managed to finely balance the need for restrictions in a time that was getting ever busier for them. Lucy and Guy’s ceremony was full of all of the love with a few notes of laughter thrown in for good measure. Following on from their ceremony their guests congratulated them in a confetti tunnel leading out into the gorgeous London sunshine.
Couples’ portraits in St Luke’s gardens.
As the guests headed off to their drink’s reception venue, Lucy, Guy and myself headed to the beautiful St Luke’s gardens. Thankfully the gardens also offered us a bit of sort after shade! We took 10-15 minutes to capture some natural shots of the newlyweds just having some time to themselves. It is amazing the variety of images that can be captured in such a short space of time. When we were finished, we headed out of the gardens and Lucy and Guy re-joined their guests for a well earned glass of bubbles.
Lucy and Guy, I hope you’re wedding day in Portugal goes off without a hitch and you get to have yet another gorgeous wedding celebration together with all of your family and friends.
